E Z 2 Get Furniture Return Policy
Any purchase requires, You - the customer, to fully inspect and/or examine for purchase satisfaction, while it is possible for minor blemishes or wood product to have varying surfaces these are not admissible for a return or exchange. Unless there are visibly prominent damages, then and only then, can arrangements be made within 72 hours of received merchandise and notifying our customer service. Any reported damages must be documented (pictures) an emailed to us within 72 hrs.

· Return of merchandise at time of delivery: Upon the delivery team arriving to your home. We can accept a return for a minimum restocking fee of 25% on merchandise subtotal only – merchandise must remain intact in box and not opened for this to be honored (Sales taxes, Delivery fees, multiple floor/no elevator fees, are not applicable for a return).
· Return of merchandise after a completed delivery: If you received merchandise and are not satisfied with your product after delivery and/or assembly, we may accept a return – a 30% restocking fee will be applied to subtotal only (Sales taxes, Delivery fees, multiple floor/no elevator fees, are not applicable for a return). However, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all merchandise in good condition and arrange the return of all merchandise back to E Z 2 Get Furniture within 72hrs of received merchandise. Once merchandise is returned to our warehouse – it will be inspected the next business day and once confirmed it is in good condition (All pieces, all parts, all screws, etc. must be returned) you will receive a refund via a company check less the restocking fee and other fees, if applicable (you must pick up check). Please be sure to contact our customer service immediately and follow up with an email informing us of such request.
· If you are unable to return merchandise, you can arrange a pick-up by us at our earliest convenience for a delivery fee and disassembly fee (if applicable). There is no exception to waive this service fee.
· Return of goods within 72hr of purchase date.
· Missing pieces – you must notify immediately of any missing pieces.
· Please note that any damage of purchases goods while, you do a self-assembly, will not be honored for a swap nor repair. This will be case by case as we will attempt to contact wholesale company about said circumstance
