Our Process

We have a designated staff to process and oversee all non-profit orders here at EZ 2 Get Furniture. From invoice creation, ordering merchandise, calling clients to set up delivery, and billing.

Please request via email our curated essential merchandise price list and a docx (explains on how to request orders from EZ 2 Get Furniture) and other relevant information. Kindly, please take a minute to look through it to familiarize with our process. Also, share with your colleagues. You can always use our website as a reference for items you may specifically want for your client(s) – but please check with our dedicated staff; just send us an image or the item number shown online to see if it’s available and confirm pricing.

How To Order

When ordering merchandise, please provide the following via email – nonprofit@easy2getfurniture.com:

  • Clients full name
  • Clients contact information
  • Address (to establish delivery fees)
  • Indicate if residence is on 2nd floor or higher up and/or if there is a working elevator present.
  • When ordering appliances, please note: Request exact size to fit client's residence. If we deliver an appliance, not appropriate in size - we will return such appliance and a 20% - 25% restocking fee will be applied. In addition, any new appliance purchased will be subject to a new fees and a re-delivery fee.
  • Client will be scheduled once payment is received – we accept Cash, Credit Card, ACH payments, grants or stipends, and leasing options from SNAP Leasing, Progressive Leasing, or Synchrony Bank.
